چکیده
Constantly changing environments often negatively affect yield potential. Phytohormone-based biostimulants are known for their ability to control plant development and reduce the influences of negative environmental impacts facilitate more efficient usage resources. The aim this study was evaluate effect phytohormone-based on lettuce (Lactuca sativa L.) antioxidant photosynthetic responses biomass formation. Lettuce grown in a greenhouse with supplemental lighting; 16 h photoperiod maintained. Ten combinations kinetin, indole-3-acetic acid, gibberellic abscisic acid salicylic were applied at 12–13 BBCH. results thereof have shown that combining growth stress phytohormones resulted higher formation; additionally, two or hormones led antagonistic effects reduced rates. Furthermore, application had most positive productivity. perspective offered by work has manipulation hormone concentrations, systems can be controlled, thus enabling quality.

Plant Growth Promoting Rhizobacteria Effect on Antioxidant Status, Photosynthesis, Mineral Uptake and Growth of Lettuce under Soil Salinity
This study was carried out to investigate the effects of plant growth promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR) on the antioxidant status, photosynthesis, mineral content and growth of lettuce (Lactuca sativa L.) under different soil salinity conditions. Increasing salinity in the soil decreased plant growth, photosynthesis, stomatal conductance, chlorophyll content, and mineral uptake compared to soil wi...
متن کاملTwo effects of prolonged far red light on the response of lettuce seeds to exogenous gibberellin.
Prolonged far red irradiation of imbibed lettuce seeds (Lactuca sativa L. cv. Grand Rapids) makes them unresponsive to subsequent treatment with gibberellin. It has been found that this effect is overcome by supplying gibberellin buffered at a low pH. On the basis of this and other evidence it is suggested that an extended far-red exposure causes a loss of gibberellin sensitivity through an eff...
متن کاملEffects of Exogenous Nitric Oxide on Photosynthesis, Antioxidant Capacity and Proline Accumulation in Wheat Seedlings Subjected to Osmotic Stress
Nitric oxide (NO) is a active molecule involved in mediation of various biotic and abiotic stressinduced physiological responses in plants. In the present study, using SNP (sodium nitroprusside) as NO donor and cPTIO [2-(4-carboxypheny-4,4,5,5-tetramethylimidazoline-1-1oxyl-3-oxide, potassium salt] as specific NO scavenger, we examined the ability of exogenous NO to alleviate oxidative damage, ...
متن کاملExogenous Glycine Nitrogen Enhances Accumulation of Glycosylated Flavonoids and Antioxidant Activity in Lettuce (Lactuca sativa L.)
Glycine, the simplest amino acid in nature and one of the most abundant free amino acids in soil, is regarded as a model nutrient in organic nitrogen studies. To date, many studies have focused on the uptake, metabolism and distribution of organic nitrogen in plants, but few have investigated the nutritional performance of plants supplied with organic nitrogen. Lettuce (Lactuca sativa L.), one ...
